Featuring Presentor April Terra-Livingston

April had a call to action for the attendees of the 2021 conference. While considering the theme of 2021, “Lived Histories/Imagined Futures,” participants were invited to create their own Action Figure-Art Toys / Diorama-Assemblages. They were asked to think about the past and future of cast iron art and explore alternate realities and methods of creation.

Works could be of any material, But size was kept under 2 ft in

any direction. Each of these pieces were photographed and a 30

second video was desired but not required. Videos could include music

or talking seen fit by the artist.
